APEC-Antwerp/Flanders Port Training Centre vzw is an international training institute for port and maritime matters that focuses on the transfer of knowledge via standard seminars, tailor-made courses, study visits and lectures abroad. 

For the working year 2019, the Government grants 297,500 euros to APEC vzw, as a compensation for the distribution of 85 grants to partner countries for the 13 standard seminars that will take place in 2019.
