Cuban gathering at Herman Teirlinck

On 20 and 21 October the Cubans in Europe held their annual gathering "Encuentro de Cubanos Residentes en Europa (ECRE)" in the Herman Teirlinck building of the Flemish government in Brussels. 200 Cubans, living in 28 European countries, from Portugal to Cyprus and Ukraine, met for the 13th time.

During this two-day event, topics were discussed that concern all Cubans in Europe, such as the Cuban migration, the legislation and the US blockade. Naturally there was also room for culture and gastronomy.
