The General Representatives of the Government of Flanders officially took office at their new diplomatic posts on September 1st. The entire diplomatic corps rotates every five years. This rotation coincides with the 5-year term of office of the Government of Flanders.
Due to the opening of the new post in Rome and some internal staff movements, the rotation in 2019 proceeded in several phases. The diplomatic movement is now completed.
