Partnership and cooperation agreement establishing a partnership between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Kyrgyz Republic, of the other part
Summary: The purpose of the agreement is to provide an appropriate framework for the political dialogue between the Parties allowing the development of political relations, support Kyrgyz efforts to consolidate its democracy and to develop its economy and to complete the transition into a market economy, promote trade and investment and harmonious economic relations between the Parties and so to foster their sustainable economic development and to provide a basis for legislative, economic, social, financial, civil scientific, technological and cultural cooperation.
