Political dialogue and cooperation agreement between the European Community and its member states, of the one parts, and the Republics of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama, of the other hand

Summary: The main aims of the agreement are to strengthen EU-Central American relations by developing political dialogue and reinforcing cooperation, and to create the conditions under which a feasible and mutually beneficial association agreement, including a free trade agreement, could be negotiated between the parties.
