Political dialogue and cooperation agreement between the European Union and its Member States of the one part, and the Republic Cuba, of the other part

Summary: The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a strengthened partnership between the Parties, to provide a framework to facilitate and promote cooperation across a broad range of areas of mutual interest and to enhance cooperation in order to develop solutions to regional and global challenges.
