Stabilisation and association agreement between the European Communities and their member states of the one part, and the Republic of Serbia, of the other part

Summary: The objective of the Agreement is to establish an Association with Serbia in order to support the efforts of Serbia to strengthen democracy and the rule of law, contribute to political, economic and institutional stability in Serbia and support the efforts of Serbia to develop its economic and international cooperation, including through the approximation of its legislation to that of the European Union.
