Stabilisation and association agreement between the European Communities and their member states, of the one part, and the Republic of Montenegro, of the other part
Summary: The objective of the Agreement is to establish an Association with Montenegro in order to support the efforts of Montenegro to strengthen democracy and the rule of law, contribute to political, economic and institutional stability.
